We met the owner’s son Gene Jr. at the home and garden show in Orlando convention center and after demonstrating the advantages of the cool wall paint coating, we were sold. Both father and son were very professional. They made multiple inspections of the house, explaining what to expect and how to prepare the house prior to the application of the product. Gary (lead painter), was also very professional, meticulous and very proud of his job. Gsry ane his team really took the time to do an excellent job. Our house really looked really good. Overall, we are very impressed about the product, the quality of work and the customer service provided by this company. I highly recommend AWA Coatings, Gene Sr and Jr as well as Gary and his awesome team for a job well done.

Florida is beautiful, but the energy bills from the summer heat and constant HOA repaint notices were wearing me down. It shouldn't be this hard to enjoy living here.

That's when I found AWA Coatings. Unlike regular paint, their coating system actually reflects heat instead of absorbing it and it's built to last, so no more repainting every five years.

Gary and his team did a phenomenal job. My house looked brand new when they finished, and I haven't had a single letter from the HOA since.

During the heat of the day, my west-facing wall was always very warm, but after AWA painted my house the same wall is cool to the touch.

AWA repaired roof fascia, replaced attic vent, repaired stucco before repainting the house with Tex-coat paint making sure that paint and workmanship will last a long time in the Florida weather. Owner, Gene, personally supervised the crew and even helped me replace the weatherstripping around the doors and put up the new signage near the front and garage doors. Finished appearance was above our expectations. All of our neighbors have praised the new appearance and the workmanship done by Gene’s crew. Many thanks!!!🥰😁🤩

Unbelievable change to the look of our home. We couldn’t be happier with the results and the process only took less than 20 hours spread over 4 days. Bless the hearts of the team who provided these incredible results as they were working in 95+ degrees every day. Thank you Gene for working with us and getting everything underway and a special thanks to Gary for keeping the team going under such difficult conditions. We understand the curing process of the coating is around several months, so if I can remember I’ll follow up with the results . I’m sure the results will be great. So happy to have found this company at the home show here in Ocala in April.

I would like to take this opportunity to not only give this review but to also express my sincere appreciation for AWA Coatings working with me to stay on budget without sacrificing there quality and service.

The no pressure, informative explanation of their product during the requested free estimate was very helpful. I was able to compare companies with similar products and make an informed decision to find a reputable company to do the work here in Orange County. The product warranty is one of the best in the industry.

Gary and his crew were all professionals; worked with a sense of urgency, displayed an attention to detail, and an attitude that they were not satisfied unless I was satisfied with their work.

I'm completely satisfied with the experience and the results obtained by AWA Coatings, LLC.

After considering numerous painters for my home, I settled on AWA Coatings for their expertise and outstanding paint quality. They were diligent in assisting color selection and made coordination design options available for consideration. The painting team were more than accommodating for my every request and flexible with my conflicting schedule when needed. My home is now a jewel in the neighborhood found in Avalon Park, Orlando.
